We are seeking a like-minded tree professional with climbing experience* to join our team.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be capable of climbing trees of any size.

• Demonstrate impeccable safety standards, proper application of approved knots, and proper climbing techniques and procedures in accordance with industry standards.

• Possess sound tree risk assessment and equipment inspection skills (ropes, saddle and personal protective equipment, etc.)

• Have knowledge and experience with pruning, thinning, reducing, rigging and tree removal, hydraulic bucket lift operation etc. 

• Demonstrate strong tree and shrub identification skills.

• Provide assistance with lowering limbs, chipping brush and cleanup.

• Have proven competence with the operation and basic maintenance of chippers, power saws, blowers, stump grinders and various hand tools.

• Ensure professional communication with clients and attention to detail in execution of all tasks.

• Have the ability to work in a small team environment.

• Perform strenuous manual work in all weather conditions.

  Assets:

• Crane Removal Experience

• Bucking and Falling Endorsement 

• Own gear

• Air Brakes Endorsement

  Qualified applicants should have:

• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Industry-relevant certifications (ISA, CUA, ITA, Fallers...)*

• Climbing experience

  *Willing to train an apprentice, but experience is an asset.

  Wages vary depending on skill and experience.
